HOTEL RULES
1. Check in time starts from 2 p.m. and remains until 12 p.m. the next day.
Breakfast is served in hotel’s restaurant between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m.
2. Guests who would like to extend their stay are kindly ask to inform the reception Desk staff about this fact till 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Reservation would be extended depending on room availability.
3. Hotel reserves the right to commission relocation Guests belongings to other room or hotel cloak room if reception desk is not informed about the extended stay.
4. The hotel requests nighttime silence from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. the following day.
5. After the 10 p.m. Guests visitors are kindly ask to check-in at the reception desk using their ID card.
6. Telephone calls are connected between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. If you wish calls to be put through at other times, please leave a massage at the reception.
7. Room cleaning service is provided between 8 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. If you do not wish to have the room cleaned, please hang the “Please do not disturb” tag on the door handle.
8. Valuable belongings, money and securities should be keep in locked safe deposit box which is located in each room or in reception desk deposit. The responsibility for valuable things is limited if they are not placed on the hotel deposit.
9. Guests take financial responsibility for all services and goods used during the stay. Hotel reserve the right to charge the Guest with total amount for used and unpaid services or orders.
10. All damages and drawbacks which have occurred during the Guests stay should be immediately notified to the reception. Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel’s property or equipment caused by their fault or the fault of a visitor.
11. Objects left in the hotel room after a Guest’s departure will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest – at his/her cost. In the case of lack of such instructions, the hotel retains left objects for a period of one year.
12. Because of fire protection regulations hotel Guests are not allowed to use any electrical devices which do not comprise the hotel room equipment.
13. Smoking is forbidden in the whole building. Smoking inside fee is 400 PLN.
14. Any time Guests leave the room they are asked to check if the room door is precisely closed and leave the key at reception. Key loss fee is 300 PLN
15. Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for local tax according to current regulations.
